This page tells you who runs this website and who sells you YORU pillows and bedding. YORU is a brand of BEMBU LLC. Every order placed on this website is a contract between you and BEMBU LLC.

Who we are

The address above is the address of our registered agent, where we receive letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address: we cannot receive visitors or products there. A return must follow the instructions we email you, as explained on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page.

How to reach us

Write to nzb1383@gmail.com and a real person reads your message and answers it. We reply within 2 business days. Please include your order number if you have one. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.

What we sell

YORU sells pillows, comforters and pillowcases. Each product has one price, whatever size you choose:

• The Contour Pillow, a two-height memory foam pillow;
• The Hotel Pillow, a classic down-alternative pillow;
• The Puff Pillow, a quilted pillow with a silky outer fabric;
• The Pleat Pillow, a pinch-pleated plush pillow;
• The Flex Pillow, an adjustable shredded memory foam pillow;
• The Body Pillow, a curved full-length pillow for side sleepers;
• The Cloud Comforter, a double-filled comforter;
• The Cool Comforter, a dual-sided lightweight comforter;
• The Contour Pillowcase, cut for the Contour Pillow;
• The Cool-Touch Pillowcases, a pair of silky stretch pillowcases.

Our products are imported. They are made for comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Pillows, comforters and pillowcases never belong in a baby's sleep space. Before you use them, please read our Care & Safety page.

Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas to street addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Prices, shipping and returns at a glance

• Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
• Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
• Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
• Delivery: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked. Pillows and comforters arrive vacuum-packed and need 24 to 48 hours to regain their loft.
• Returns: Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used.
• Return postage: Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. For a change of mind, you send the items with the carrier of your choice, to the return address we email you, which may be outside the United States.
• Refunds: the price paid for each returned item, plus any sales tax on it, to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return. The return postage of a change of mind is not refunded, and there is no restocking fee.
• Cancellations: at no cost, if your email reaches us before your order ships.
• Defects: covered for 90 days from delivery by our limited warranty.
• Promotions: none at this time. If we ever run one, its terms will be shown with it.

Payments and your card statement

• Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• When you are charged: when you place your order, once, for the total shown at checkout. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
• Card security: card details are processed by our third-party payment processor, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
• On your statement: the charge appears as YORU, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please email us first and we will tell you what it is.

Governing law and disputes

Orders placed on this website are sold by BEMBU LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask that you contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.

Intellectual property

The YORU name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to BEMBU LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
