Side sleepers usually like a higher pillow that fills the space between ear and shoulder: the Contour, the Puff or the Pleat, with the Body Pillow to hug. Back sleepers like a medium height: the Contour's center, the Hotel or the Flex. Stomach sleepers like it low and soft: the Contour's lower edge, or the Flex with some foam taken out. Start with Regular if you're on the shorter side or have narrower shoulders. Choose High if you're tall, have broad shoulders or sleep mostly on your side. Each pillow also has a lower and a higher edge, so you can still adjust once it arrives: turn it around to switch.

Yes. Pillows and comforters travel vacuum-packed and rolled. Open the bag, unroll it and give it 24 to 48 hours in a ventilated room to reach its full shape. Fluff the plush pillows from the sides and shake comforters out from the corners.

It can have a light smell at first. Leave it in a ventilated room for a day or two and the smell fades. This applies to the Contour and the Flex, our two foam pillows.

The Hotel, Puff and Pleat pillows go in the machine whole. The Contour, Flex and Body pillows have covers that come off for the wash, while the inside stays dry. Comforters wash alone, in a large machine. For all of them: cold water, a gentle cycle, dry low. Each product page has the details.

No. Both have finished shells you can sleep under as they are. The Cloud Comforter also works inside a duvet cover if you like one. The Cool Comforter is made to use bare, so you can feel its silky side.

No. It's cut for the Contour Pillow's wings and curves and won't fit a rectangular pillow. For those, the Cool-Touch Pillowcases come as a pair, in Standard or King.

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
