The Contour Pillow is shaped around the way people actually sleep. A shallow hollow in the center holds your head when you lie on your back. A rounded roll runs along each long edge, one lower and one higher, and raised wings at both ends meet you when you turn on your side.
Each long edge curves in between the rounded ends. On your side, your arm rests in that curve instead of pushing against the pillow, and your shoulder has room. The foam is medium-firm: it gives under your head, then rises back slowly when you lift it.
Choose Regular or High, then fine-tune with the edges: start on the lower one and turn the pillow around for the higher one. The smooth stretch cover feels cool to the touch when you lie down and comes off for the wash. For a darker bed, dress it in the charcoal Contour Pillowcase, cut for its shape.

How to use it
Unpack it and give the foam 24 to 48 hours to regain its full shape in a ventilated room.
Lay it with the neck roll toward your shoulders.
On your back, rest your head in the center hollow.
On your side, move to a wing and rest your arm in the curve of the edge.
Try the lower edge first; turn the pillow around for the higher edge.

Regular or High: which one should I choose?
Start with Regular if you're on the shorter side or have narrower shoulders. Choose High if you're tall, have broad shoulders or sleep mostly on your side. Each pillow also has a lower and a higher edge, so you can still adjust once it arrives.
How do I switch between the two edges?
Turn the pillow around so the other long edge faces your shoulders. One neck roll is lower, the other higher. Give each one a few nights before you decide.
Can I wash the foam?
No. Take off the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low. The foam core stays dry: air it out, and spot clean it with a damp cloth if needed.
Does it smell when it arrives?
Memory foam can have a light smell when it's first unpacked. Let it breathe in a ventilated room for a day or two and the smell fades.
Will it help my neck or shoulder pain?
No, and we'd rather say it plainly. The Contour Pillow is made for comfort: its shape gives your head and your arm a place to rest. It is not a medical device and does not treat or prevent pain or any condition. If you have ongoing pain, numbness or a sleep problem, please see a doctor or a physical therapist.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
