The Hotel Pillow is rectangular and plump, finished with thin piped edges that keep it square. Inside is soft down-alternative fiber, with no feathers. The top is plush, and there's enough body underneath to hold your head up.
The outer fabric is smooth and woven, with a faint sheen. It looks neat on the bed on its own, and it slips into any pillowcase of the same size.
When it needs a wash, the whole pillow goes in the machine. Dry it low with two dryer balls, then fluff it back into shape. It has a medium loft, for back and side sleepers who like a familiar pillow.

Is it soft or firm?
In between. It's medium: plush on top, with enough body underneath to hold your head. If you'd like to choose the height yourself, the Flex Pillow lets you add or take out fill.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Yes, the whole pillow. Wash it cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, then hang it to dry or tumble dry low with two dryer balls, and fluff it.

How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
