The Flex Pillow is filled with shredded memory foam, and you decide how much. Unzip the inner liner and take out a handful for a lower, softer pillow, or add some from the extra bag for a higher, firmer one. Zip it back up, fluff it, and sleep on it for a night.
The shredded fill shifts under your head and lets air through, unlike a solid block of foam. It suits side, back and combination sleepers once you find your height, and stomach sleepers who take enough foam out to make it low and soft.
The quilted outer cover has thin piping and a zipper along one side. It comes off for the wash, while the foam stays in its liner. Keep the extra foam in its bag: the height you like can change over time, or with a different mattress.

Sleep on it as it comes for a night or two.

How do I adjust it?
Unzip the outer cover, then the inner liner. Take out a handful of foam for a lower, softer pillow, or add some from the extra bag for a higher, firmer one. Zip both back up, fluff it and sleep on it for a night before you change it again.
Is it soft or firm?
That depends on you. Start with it as it comes. Less foam makes it lower and softer, more foam makes it higher and firmer.
Where do I keep the foam I take out?
In the extra foam bag, closed, somewhere dry and out of reach of children. You may want it back later, when the pillow has been used for a while or if you change mattress.
Can I wash the foam?
No. Only the outer cover goes in the machine: wash it cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Don't wash or tumble the foam fill or the inner liner.
Does it work if I sleep on my stomach?
Yes, once you take enough foam out to make it low and soft. Stomach sleepers usually like a pillow that keeps the head close to the mattress.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
