In detail
The Puff Pillow is quilted into a grid of deep, domed puffs, like small cushions sewn side by side. Each puff gives under your cheek, and the quilting keeps the fill spread across the whole pillow instead of drifting to the ends.
Inside are two layers of down-alternative fill: an airy top you sink into, and a firmer base that holds your head up. The outer fabric is silky and stretchy, with a soft sheen, and feels cool when you first lie down.
It's soft and plush, with a medium-high loft, for side and back sleepers who like a soft pillow with some height, and for anyone who hugs their pillow at night. The whole pillow goes in the washing machine, with no feathers inside.

Can I use it without a pillowcase?
Yes. The silky outer fabric is made to sleep on directly. You can also put it in any pillowcase of the same size; the charcoal Cool-Touch Pillowcases keep the same smooth feel.
Is it soft or supportive?
Soft on top, with more body underneath. The airy top layer lets your head sink in a little, and the firmer base holds it up.
How do I bring the puffs back up after washing?
Tumble dry low with dryer balls, then squeeze and fluff each side by hand. The puffs rise again as the fill dries and loosens.

How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a pillow, comforter or pillowcase that has been slept on, used or washed cannot be returned; unpacking a vacuum-packed pillow or comforter to look at it does not count as use. A defective, damaged or wrong item is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; for a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
